Fear of jumps |
You’re afraid of different take-offs and struggle to judge them correctly.
|
|
Incorrect technique |
You’ve developed movement patterns that hold you back in the long term.
|
|
Mental blocks |
Certain features make you freeze, and you don’t know how to overcome the mental barrier.
|
|
Lack of confidence on trails |
You feel insecure on certain trails, even though you actually have the skills to ride them.
All MTB ZONE courses are based on the GREEN LIGHT Method. Instead of simply copying others, you’ll learn a framework that enables you to analyse every situation on your bike and make the right decisions for yourself.
You learn why a technique works, not just what it looks like. This helps you develop a genuine feel for your bike and enables you to handle different situations independently.
Our conscious mind can actively focus on only one action at a time. That’s why complex techniques are broken down into simple, clear, and easy-to-understand steps.
You apply the techniques immediately on the trail. Our coaches support you with focused, personal feedback. Mistakes are corrected straight away, making your progress noticeable from the very beginning..
You learn a clear system that helps you correct yourself: green means flow and Biking fun, while red indicates a mistake. This allows you to recognise what needs to change and continue improving independently.

You don’t just learn how to bike — you learn how to learn.
The GREEN LIGHT Method gives you a clear system for recognising, understanding, and correcting mistakes on your own. This means you are no longer dependent on a coach or fixed exercises and can continue to improve with purpose on every ride.
The result: You develop a deeper understanding of your biking, make better decisions on the trail, and progress significantly faster in the long term than with traditional skills training alone.
Absolutely.
One-to-one coaching is especially useful if you want to focus specifically on your weaknesses or make progress as quickly as possible. You receive the coach’s full attention, direct feedback after every run, and training that is completely tailored to your individual skill level.
The advantage: You avoid unnecessary detours and improve significantly faster than in a group.
Yes — because you won’t simply copy movements; you’ll understand why they work.
Thanks to clear steps and direct feedback, you will often notice measurable progress during the course itself. Our goal is to give you a system that enables you to continue improving independently.
Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced rider, every course is adapted to your current skill level.
For group courses, we organise participants so that you ride with others of a skill level. This ensures that you are neither overwhelmed nor held back, but receive coaching that meets you exactly where you are.
Yes.
The mental traffic-light system gives you a clear tool for analysing your riding and continuing to improve independently. After the course, you’ll know what to adjust in any situation without having to rely on a coach in the long term.
